Intellectual property

Upon subscribing or purchasing our products, and services you grant Toiree using materials, products, and services related to your intellectual property such as; logo, business name, address, website reference, copyrights, patents, images to its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors.  

You grant Toiree a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast your content to upload and publish for agreed service.

User accounts

You may be asked to grant Toiree access to your social media accounts, analytic or business of platforms like Google, Bing. Toiree may also create new user account on behalf of your business. Toiree is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information, maintaining the safety and security of its user account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly. We reserve all rights to terminate our accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Service delivery and termination

All contracts of our products and services are valid for one year unless stated a different date in certain circumstances for certain customized business agreement.  Your subscribed service will continue with us for the same period unless you provide the notification of termination. Your notification termination must be six months in advance to avoid a further continuation of subscribed services or products.  

Applicable law

You agree that the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Toiree and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products and services you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Bangladesh and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Toiree and its affiliates and hold Toiree harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

Toiree is not liable for any damages that may occur to you because of misuse, hack or gaining access of your account in any unlawful way.

Toiree reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Toiree and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements.
